Dear Mrs Stanton and Team,
I hope this email finds you all well.
I need to let you know that our family is moving to Bournemouth.
I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you all for welcoming us into your school family and for being so supportive during our first few months in the UK.
I can’t commend the teaching staff enough! You have been absolutely incredible in helping Aaron and Amelia catch up academically as well as flourish socially and emotionally while in your care.
Aaron has formed a particularly strong bond with Miss Watterson and I have no doubt that he will miss her dearly! - You gave Aaron the confidence he needed to thrive and now he thinks he’s the coolest kid 😊
Miss Moss, your gentle approach has been exactly right for Amelia and has made her such a happy little girl at school! When I ask her how her school day has been, she always says “grrreat!” with a big smile.
Lastly, Mrs Schofield, your support of Aaron during this last week has helped tremendously, thank you! The difference in him and his acceptance of the situation since you’ve chatted to him is clear and I’m so grateful to you.
We are happy that All Saints was our first experience with the British schooling system, we are so grateful for your kindness and warmth towards Aaron and Amelia during a difficult time in their lives.
Thank you, we wish you all well!
Kindest Regards,
Tara March 2021
Dear Tracey Stanton
I just wanted to take this opportunity to say how impressed I have been with your school and staff during the lockdown with the home learning. As you know Mia relocated from Switzerland back in November last year and so the transition back has been a little challenging for her, what with quarantine, Christmas holidays and then lockdown.
The professional attitude of your staff with their regular calls to me to check how Mia is getting on has been incredible and supportive. The work that has been provided through ’Teams’ has been clear, detailed and structured and as a result has enabled me to quickly get to grips with supporting Mia in her studies.
Your staff and school are a complete credit to you. THANK YOU.
Kind Regards

The school was highly recommended by other parents and professionals who regularly interact with several schools. But regardless of good reputation, changing school is always a nervous experience, especially in mid-year and with the added stress of the pandemic. However, the good words about the school are fully justified and I found them to be understated in comparison to the high level of care I received from ALL staff members. From the start of my enquiries about the school until the final admissions and all other matters, every single staff member we interacted with has been truly amazing and beyond our expectations.
A Church of England school, our Muslim faith was totally welcomed and we are highly grateful for the school accommodating my son’s Muslim's prayer needs. My son is really thankful and enjoys his prayer time at school. The school truly is "all-inclusive" at its core.
Every time my son comes home from school he tells me about his days with so many smiles and excitement on his face. His face is lit telling me how his day went and how happy he is with everyone and how everyone is so nice and caring towards him.
I have noticed that my son's academic needs are fully met to the highest standards and he is positively encouraged to achieve higher levels that are challenging to him. My son regularly shares his newly learnt knowledge from his daily lessons with me and describes his school using words like "fun learning place", "education is fun", "my teacher makes it so easy and fun for me to understand", "I just got it straight away when she taught me...".
I really feel that I am not isolated in regards to my son's schooling needs and I can contact the school about anything.
The main thing for me in all this is that my son is exceptionally happy, feels at home and feels safe.
Thank you and best regards
A December 2020
A heartfelt thanks
Good afternoon to all the wonderful teachers and staff, I hope this email finds you all safe and well.
I felt the need to send this email and really thank you all from myself and my husband.
We are so impressed with the amount of effort that has gone into preparing the home learning packs for Lottie to complete whilst she is not at school.
The communication between us and the teachers through Microsoft Teams has been brilliant a really useful and user friendly tool.
After chatting to a few of my fellow mummy friends online over the weekend, all who have children in year one and in various schools across the borough it was very noticeable that All Saints is really going above and beyond for their pupils and so in such unprecedented times I felt really passionate about passing on my sincerest thanks and gratitude to each and every one of you.
My husband and I are both key workers so we fully understand that it is scary and daunting going to work and being on the frontline putting yourselves and your families at risk.
So tonight when we stand outside clapping for the NHS and key workers Lottie and I will be clapping louder than ever as tonight the claps are all for you at All Saints 👏🏻😁👏🏻😁👏🏻😁
Thank you to each and every one of you!!
Kind regards,
Ross, Chloe and Lottie April 2020
Positive Feedback!
Dear Mrs Stanton,
I am writing to thank you and your staff for all your hard work in reopening the school to the year groups after lockdown.
You have all clearly worked so hard to make school and the classrooms as safe as possible, and every single day we were greeted with smiles (and occasional fancy dress!) by your staff at the gates, and by Miss Moss at the classroom. This made my son feel safe and at ease. The layouts of the classroom might have changed, but L's school experience has not been affected, he was so happy to be back at school.
I just wanted to say thank you, it's much appreciated. The benefit to L to be able to return to school has been huge, and has had such a positive impact on his wellbeing.
Kind regards

Thank you
We can't believe that it is the end of the school year and that J will be leaving the All Saints family in a few days.
We would like to take this opportunity to say a massive heartfelt thank you to everyone at All Saints who has supported J throughout his time at All Saints and providing him with the help and support he needs. J would not be the person he is today without the additional help and support that he has had put in place for him by the amazing staff you have. We know that J has really enjoyed his time at All Saints especially in the nurture group where he seems to come alive.
We would also like to thank you for all the help and guidance you have provided us as parents. Mrs Wilkinson has been amazing in offering her support, guidance and knowledge to us throughout a very stressful and at times upsetting process to ensure that J’s needs were being met and in getting the help he deserves.
Since starting in reception all of the staff and teachers have shown kindness and understanding towards both ourselves and J for which we are truly grateful and we could not have asked anymore from you. We couldn't have asked for a better start to J's education than the one he has received at All Saints and that is down to each and every member of teachers and staff so again a massive thank you.
Kind Regards

Thank you
Dear Mrs Stanton,
I just wanted to say how amazing you and the whole All Saints team have been over the months since Coronavirus hit us.
I can't express how much I appreciate the communication, support and care you have given to my children and me as a parent.
The amount of time, organisation, ability to change tack at the drop of a hat, the effort involved in setting the work on-line and being there to help the kids do it, as well as now also managing a return for some pupils is phenomenal, even more so when you consider that you all also have families to look after and your own personal circumstances to cope with.
Perhaps not too many will think to tell you, but your team are greatly valued and are making the current crazy world a little less scary for a whole lot of kids.
So, THANK YOU, you are all superstars!

As parents, we are very grateful to Mrs Jones, the teaching assistants and the entire staff at All Saints for making Ivana love her school. In particular, we cannot thank you enough for the school's help to us in teaching and caring for Ivana during the COVID-19 lockdown period. The values which the school promote have been practiced to the core in the service to Ivana and us during the crisis. The staff have set up such high quality standards in teaching and treating their pupils, so we are eagerly awaiting the start of the next academic year.

The nursery teachers have been amazing during lockdown; producing excellent work plans for the week, commenting on all work posted on Teams even during school holidays and weekends. They really have gone above and beyond. We will really miss the fantastic nursery team and their enthusiasm for teaching and I would always recommend All Saints Nursery to anyone who is looking. Thank you.

My son has had a wonderful Reception year - thank you! It has been lovely to see him grow in confidence and make some good friends. He does love to learn and this has been encouraged so well by Miss Moss and the other adults in his class.
Teams has been an invaluable resource during this time. There has been plenty of differentiated learning provided and lots of ideas for activities. The encouragement and support provided to both our son and his 'home-schooling teacher' have kept us going! I can't thank you enough Miss Moss!
