We had a very exciting STEM Week (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths) during the week commencing 12th March). This coincided with British Science week and the theme this year was ‘exploration and discovery’. Pupils spent part of each day engaged in STEM activities throughout the school to broaden their understanding of these exciting areas of learning.
We were also excited to welcome some ‘Mad Scientists’ to share their expertise with us. Children wore their very own ‘Science lab coats’ decorated with all their learning from the week. We finished again be finishing the week with a STEM fair on Friday when families visited to see some of the fantastic STEM activities that the children learnt about during the week.
