STEM Week

In Romania, we worked as a team to build the tallest tower. We had to roll paper into tubes and join these with masking tape. We found out that thinner tubes were stronger than wider tubes.

We also investigated whether having longer legs meant you could make longer jumps. We enjoyed jumping and had to measure carefully.

Year 1 made 3 types of paper aircrafts ( an aeroplane, a glider and a helicopter) and then tested them to see which one flew the furthest.
